Left movie shows how the rice husk
is burnt through the specially designed rice husk burner.(Patented). Preheated air from the air-preheater comes into the burnber with swirling cyclone effect
to spray rice husk into the high temperature furnace and there 70-80% rice husk burns in suspension and remaining unburnt rice husk will fall
onto the heavy duty chain grate installed at the bottom of the furnace. This system has proven its highest efficiency in burning rice husk. |
