 CYCLONE COMPACT FLUIDIZED BED
BOILER WATER TUBE BOILER FOR HIGH ASH CONTENT FUEL
Most of Fluidized Bed Boilers are manufacturered by the huge boiler company
for huge projects. We could hardly find a boiler maker who produces small
fluidized bed boiler of below 10 ton/h capacity. We, Hamada Boiler, do
the job to answer to the need for small and medium industry.
Fluidized Bed System do not allow any ash to remain in the sand bed.
Thus flying ash will be more compared to other system. In order to
overcome excess flying ash, we introduce "cyclone system" for this
model. Cyclone made of high heat resistance refractory is installed
inside the boiler at the end of the fist combustion furnace to catch
flying ash particle from flue gas before entering into the boiler convection
tube area. This is a very unique system for a package type fluidized
bed boiler. |
