Model D External Chain Grate

Chain traveling grate is widely used in many countries for long time. Ash content plays an important role for chain grate. Coal to be used for chain grate must contain at least 10% ash in order to from a protective layer between the chain grate surface and the fuel coal. The most noted advantage of this type of boiler is easy operation and maintenance. Start up of the boiler is also easy. It can be said that this type has the longest history.
Available from the smallest size of 500 Kg/H capacity up to 35 ton/H capacity.

Another energy saving and low pollution boiler is introduced here. This is a package type coal fired boiler using the advanced technology from Denmark "VOLUND CO. Design of this corner tube boiler is so unique that down comer tube are supporting the steam drum as well as the four corner air tight water wall so that the boiler can be errected without much steel structure and refractories. Thus, errection time will be shortened.
